摘  要:目的探讨和建立准确检测后装治疗机及其计划系统的质控方法。方法利用标准模体检测治疗计划系统(Treatment Planning System,TPS)图像重建误差;借助剂量体积直方图参数对比TPS中手动重建和自动重建施源器通道的剂量学差异;通过井型电离室和胶片测量法对后装治疗机的源外观活度、源到位精度和源退位精度进行验证。结果该后装治疗机放射源外观活度、源到位和退位精度及其计划系统中图像重建误差、施源器自动重建误差,均在允许精度内,符合临床治疗要求。该后装治疗机的放射源活度误差为0.43%,源到位精度和退位精度平均偏差均小于1 mm,治疗计划系统中图像重建误差均小于1 mm,施源器通道自动重建和手动重建之间剂量参数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。该后装机及其计划系统符合临床治疗要求。结论本文介绍的验证方法简单准确,对后装机及其计划系统的验收和常规质控具有一定参考意义。Objective To explore and establish a quality control method for accurately detecting afterloading brachytherapy machines and the radiotherapy planning systems.Methods Treatment planning system(TPS)image reconstruction errors were detected using standard modules.The dosimetric differences between manual and automatic reconstruction of the source channels in TPS were compared by means of dose-volume histogram parameters.The source appearance activity,source position accuracy and source dislocation accuracy of the rear-mounted therapeutic apparatus were verified by well ionization chamber and film measurement.Results The appearance activity of the radioactive source of the afterloading brachytherapy machine,the accuracy of the source in place and abdication,the image reconstruction error in the planning system,and the automatic reconstruction error of the applicator were all within the allowable accuracy and met the requirements of clinical treatment.The activity error of the radioactive source of this afterloading therapy machine was 0.43%.The average deviation of source in-position accuracy and abdication accuracy was less than 1 mm.The image reconstruction errors in the treatment planning system were all less than 1 mm.There was no statistical difference in the dose parameters between the automatic reconstruction and manual reconstruction of the applicator channel(P>0.05).The afterloading machine and its planning system meet the requirements of clinical treatment.Conclusion The verification method introduced in this article is simple and accurate,and has certain reference significance for the acceptance and routine quality control of the afteloading machine and its planning system.
