摘　　要：目的针对目前电磁波治疗仪调整方式工序多、操作复杂等问题,设计一种角度调整操作简便、设备使用寿命长的治疗仪器。方法以上提过渡杆固定在需要的位置上的方法取代现有的通过螺钉拧紧固定的方式,观察采用螺钉拧紧固定与采用上提过渡杆固定进行20次角度调整定位的用时,选取200例适合使用电磁波治疗仪治疗的患者,分为使用螺钉拧紧固定的对照组100例,使用上提过渡杆固定的观察组100例,比较两组的操作用时、治疗后的效果满意率及器械故障次数。结果观察组的治疗仪操作用时是对照组用时的50.259%,且稳定安全性和治疗后的效果满意率均有所提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电磁波治疗仪支撑杆的改进设计简化了操作流程,操作方便快捷且稳定安全性更高,具有更好的临床应用价值和意义。Objective To design an electromagnetic wave therapeutic instrument with easy operation for angle adjustment and long service life of the equipment to solve the problems of many adjustment procedures and complicated operation.Methods The liftup transition rod was fixed at the required position instead of the existing screw-fastening fixation method,and the time for 20 times of angle adjustment and positioning with the screw-fastening fixation method and the lift-up transition rod fixation method was observed.A total of 200 patients who were suitable for treatment with electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus were selected and divided into the control group of 100 cases fixed with screws and the observation group of 100 cases fixed with lifting transition rod.The operation time,the satisfaction rate after treatment and the number of device failures were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was 50.259%of that of the control group,and the stability and safety and the satisfaction rate after treatment were improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved design of the support rod of the electromagnetic wave therapeutic instrument simplifies the operation process,is convenient,fast and stable,and has better clinical application value and significance.
