摘  要:目的分析核医学影像诊断中心的选址布局和安全防护措施要点,解决原核医学科场地狭小、布局不合理问题。方法根据我国现行的法律法规、技术标准,结合正电子发射和计算机断层扫描、单光子发射计算机断层扫描/计算机断层扫描和单光子发射计算机断层成像术工作场所的放射防护特点、工作流程和工作经验,讨论核医学影像诊断中心选址布局和安全防护相关问题。结果核医学影像诊断中心各功能区域齐全,布局设计和防护措施合理,符合法律法规要求。结论核医学影像诊断使用放射性核素,合理的场所设计对实现安全防护措施最优化、医护人员和公众照射最小化等方面具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the site selection and layout of nuclear medicine imaging diagnosis center and the key points of safety protection measures,so as to solve the problems of narrow and unreasonable layout of the original nuclear medicine field.Methods According to the current laws,regulations and technical standards of China,combined with the radiation protection characteristics,work process and work experience of positron emission tomography/computed tomography,single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography and single photon emission computed tomography workplaces,the site selection and safety protection related issues of nuclear medical imaging diagnosis center were discussed.Results The nuclear medical imaging diagnosis center had complete functional areas,reasonable layout design and protective measures,and met the requirements of laws and regulations.Conclusion The use of radionuclides in nuclear medical imaging diagnosis and reasonable site design are of great significance to optimize the safety protection measures and minimize the exposure of medical staff and the public.
