摘　　要：目的运用PDCA循环法对急救与生命支持类设备进行管理,保证急救与生命支持类设备完好率。方法利用鱼骨图分析我院急救与生命支持类设备现有管理中的问题,提出对应的管理策略,并统计分析管理前后急救与生命支持类设备完好率及故障发生率。结果PDCA管理措施使用后,急救、生命支持类设备完好率从80%提升到了100%,监护仪的故障发生率由80%下降为30%。结论运用PDCA循环法对急救与生命支持类设备进行管理,有利于提高急救与生命支持类设备完好率,对保障医院日常救治水平具有重要的现实意义。Objective To use the PDCA cycle method to manage the first aid and life support equipment and ensure the integrity rate of the first aid and life support equipment.Methods The fishbone diagram was used to analyze the problems in the existing management of emergency and life support equipment in our hospital,and the corresponding management strategies were proposed.Results After the use of PDCA management measures,the integrity rate of first aid and life support equipment has increased from 80%to 100%,and the failure rate of monitors has decreased from 80%to 30%.Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle method to manage emergency and life support equipment is conducive to improving the integrity rate of emergency and life support equipment,and has important practical significance for ensuring the daily treatment level of hospitals.
