摘　　要：高端分子影像设备正电子发射型计算机断层显像/计算机断层扫描成像(Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography,PET/CT)在肿瘤、神经系统疾病、心血管系统疾病的诊断和疗效评价中发挥着不可替代的作用。使用标准校正源进行每日质量控制是保证PET图像质量的关键操作,通过分析西门子Biograph Truepoint 64 PET/CT分别由探测器电子组件故障、探测器单元损坏、数据缓冲控制器故障引起的每日质控失败案例,详述故障判定及维修过程。通过类比同果不同因的三例故障,探讨不同故障对图像质量的影响,为同类故障的排除与维修和微小故障状态下设备的应急使用提供参考。As a premium molecular imaging equipment,positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)plays an irreplaceable role in diagnosis and treatment of tumor diseases,nervous system diseases and cardiovascular system diseases.Daily quality control using standard radioactive sources is a key operation to ensure PET image quality.By analyzing the daily quality control failure cases of Siemens Biograph Truepoint 64 PET/CT caused by detector electronic component failure,detector unit damage and data buffer controller failure,the fault diagnosis and maintenance process were described in detail.By analogy with three cases of the same fault with different causes,this paper discussed the impact of different faults on image quality to provide a reference for the troubleshooting and maintenance of similar faults and the emergency use of equipment under fault state.
