摘 要:制动器作为电梯重要的安全保护装置,其制动性能直接影响电梯的安全,一旦失效将造成重大的人身伤亡和财产损失。因此,非常有必要对电梯制动器的制动性能进行检测。文中基于图像识别技术,通过对电梯制动轮轮廓进行提取和拟合,反解出相机外参矩阵,可识别制动轮当前角度,并计算出制动轮在整个制动过程中转角,从而反映电梯的制动性能。该技术使用非接触测量,无需对制动器进行破坏性改装,可用于电梯制动器制动性能的长期稳定检测。As the brake is an important protection device of the elevator,its braking performance directly affects the safety of the elevator.Once the brake fails,it will cause heavy casualties and property losses.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the braking performance of elevator brakes.Considering such needs,based on the image recognition technology,the outline of the elevator brake wheel was extracted and fitted,and the camera extrinsics matrix was solved inversely,the current angle of brake wheel was identified,and the rotation angle of brake wheels in the whole braking process was calculated,thus reflecting the braking performance of elevators.This technology adopts non-contact measurement without destructive modification of the brake,and can be applied to the long-term stable detection of the braking performance of elevator brakes.
