摘 要:文中系统地研究了以区间、椭球和平行六面体3种不确定性描述方法下相应的可靠性模型,并通过一悬臂梁算例作出具体阐述;鉴于桥式起重机工程系统比较复杂,难以回避不精确的、不完整的和不确定的信息,从实际应用层面上,以桥式起重机主梁为研究对象,详细介绍了其力学模型、所受载荷及危险截面位置,确定了影响桥式起重机主梁结构可靠性的不确定性参数,根据结构失效准则确定主梁结构的极限状态函数,基于平行六面体的非概率可靠性模型,具体探讨了载荷、材料特性等不确定参数对主梁结构强度和刚度的影响,最终建立了桥式起重机主梁结构的非概率可靠性分析方法,结果表明了文中所提方法的合理性。In this paper,interval,ellipsoid and parallelepiped uncertainty description methods are used to systematically study the reliability model,and an example of a cantilever beam is given to illustrate in detail;Due to the complexity of the bridge crane engineering system,it is difficult to avoid inaccurate,incomplete and uncertain information.From the practical application point of view,taking the main girder of the bridge crane as the research object,the mechanical model,the load and the position of the dangerous section are introduced in detail,and the uncertain parameters affecting the structural reliability of the main girder of the bridge crane are determined.According to the structural failure criterion,the limit state function of the main girder structure is determined.Based on the non-probabilistic reliability model of parallelepiped,the influence of uncertain parameters such as load and material characteristics on the strength and stiffness of the main girder structure is discussed in detail.Finally,a non-probabilistic reliability analysis method of bridge crane girder structure is proposed,and the results prove the rationality of the above method.
