摘　　要：介绍了管子管板角焊缝的渗透检测工艺及操作,对合成气余热回收器管子管板角焊缝进行渗透检测发现裂纹缺陷,同时对管子管板角焊缝渗透检测的影响因素进简要分析。The penetration testing process and operation of the fillet weld of the tube and tube sheet is introduced. The penetration testing of the fillet weld of the tube and tube sheet of the syngas waste heat boiler found crack defects. At the same time, the influencing factors are analyzed.
