摘 要:电站锅炉运行中,不同煤质对锅炉换热特性影响较大,以350 MW超临界锅炉为例,提出煤质U_(RC)特征值为末级再热器和水冷壁系热量比例关系,以U_(RC)表征煤质在锅炉内的对流换热与辐射换热特性,分析了煤质碳元素含量、氢元素含量及水分含量变化时U_(RC)的变化特性。当U_(RC)提高时,对流换热特性增强;当U_(RC)降低时,对流换热特性减弱。并根据煤质U_(RC)的变化,讨论了锅炉运行手段。During the operation of utility boilers,massive impact on heat exchange will be brought by coal change.Takes350MW ultra-supercritical (USC) boiler as an example,puts forward that the characteristic value U_(RC)is the heat absorption ratio of final reheater (RH) to waterwall,in which the U_(RC)presents heat transfer characteristics of both convective heat transfer and radiation heat transfer.The U_(RC)variation characteristics are investigated during the variations of carbon element,hydrogen element and moisture content.When U_(RC)increases,convective heat transfer is intensified.When U_(RC)drops,convective heat transfer is cut down.Operational methods are discussed in line with the coal change.
