摘  要:某300 MW汽轮机大修后启机,在暖机过程中高中压转子发生了振动不稳定爬升现象,经分析判断转轴和汽封发生了动静碰摩,现场采用多次升速、降速将动静间隙摩到合理范围解决了碰摩问题。定速3000 r/min转速时,低压缸轴承振动过大,甚至超过转轴振动。随后的超速试验中,在3135 r/min出现了轴承共振峰值,由此判断轴承振动过大主要是由于支撑系统刚度较弱引起的,运行转速落在了共振区域,才使轴承座振动过大,同时给出了治理方案。After overhaul of a 300 MW steam turbine, the HP-IP rotor occurs unstable climbing vibration during the warm-up process. It is judged that the shaft and the steam seal are rubbing. The dynamic and static clearance was rubbed to a reasonable range by increasing and decreasing the speed for many times, and the problem of rubbing was solved. At the constant speed of 3000 rpm, the bearing vibration of low pressure cylinder is too high, even more than the shaft vibration. In the overspeed test, the bearing vibration peak value appeared at 3135 rpm, so it was judged that the excessive bearing vibration was mainly caused by the weak stiffness of the support system, and the running speed fell in the resonance area, which made the bearing pedestal vibration too high. And then the treatment scheme was given.
