摘 要:国内大部分在建和未建的高速公路、一级公路的跨线桥均需在中央分隔带内设置桥墩,因《公路交通安全设施设计规范》(JTG D81-2017)和《公路交通安全设施设计细则》(JTG/T D81-2017)于2018年1月1日实施,导致传统的钢筋混凝土桥墩和中央分隔带分设式护栏存在位置冲突。设计一种钢-混组合板式桥墩,可有效解决此问题。该桥墩分为扩头段、中间段和墩底段3部分,墩身内灌注C50自密实补偿收缩混凝土,墩身侧板与灌注混凝土采用A、B两类PBL板连接,PBL板之间设置加劲肋;墩底钢板与承台采用C类PBL板连接,承台横向钢筋从PBL板顶部、中部和底部的圆孔中穿过。该桥墩具有适用范围广,外形轻巧美观,可减少上部结构尺寸、降低工程造价、避免报废工程、工厂批量制作和有效节省工期等诸多优势。采用Midas/Civil 2019进行静力和抗震计算,结果表明该桥墩各项指标均满足规范要求。Most flyovers on the expressways and first-class highways under construction in China need to be equipped with piers in the median strip.Because of the issuing and enforcement of Design Specifications for Highway Safety Facilities(JTG D81-2017)and Design Guidelines for Highway Safety Facilities(JTG/T D81-2017)on January 1,2018,the site of traditional reinforced concrete piers conflicts with the separate guardrails of median strip.A steel-concrete composite slab pier is designed in this paper,which can effectively solve the above problem.The pier is divided into three parts:the expansion section,the middle section and the pier bottom section.C50 self-compacting and self-compensating shrinkage concrete is poured into the pier shaft.The side slab of the pier shaft and the poured concrete are connected by two types of PBL slabs,A and B,and stiffeners are set between the PBL slabs.The steel plate at the pier bottom and the bearing platform are connected by a type C PBL slab,and the transverse reinforcement of the bearing platform passes through the circular holes at the top,middle and bottom of the PBL slab.The pier has many advantages,including a wide range of application with light and beautiful appearance.In addition,it can also reduce the size of superstructure,reduce project cost,avoid scrapped projects,be mass produced in factories and save construction period effectively.Midas/civil 2019 is used for static and seismic calculation,and the results show that all indexes of the pier meet the requirements of the specifications.
