摘 要:近年来梅州市中小河流洪涝灾害频发,对河流沿岸居民的生命财产安全造成巨大威胁。目前通过水文预报模型只能对有资料的中小河流水文站点建立预报方案进行预警预报,无法拓展到急需预警预报的河流上下游各人口聚集点,而建立预报方案需要大量的洪水资料,因此需要解决河流上下游人口聚集点洪水资料搜集问题。通过在人口聚集点安装洪痕水尺是搜集洪水资料比较经济有效的方法,同时洪痕水尺在构建预报方案、洪水比降观测、水面线计算等方面有良好的应用前景,对中小河流防洪减灾和水资源开发具有重要意义。In recent years,the frequent floods of small and medium-sized rivers in Meizhou have caused a huge threat to the lives and property safety of residents along the rivers.At present,the hydrological forecast model can only establish the flood forecast scheme for the hydrological stations of small and medium-sized rivers with data for early warning and forecast,and cannot be extended to the residential area of the upstream and downstream rivers that urgently need early warning and forecasting.While the flood forecast scheme requires a large amount of flood data,the problem of collecting flood data at residential area along the rivers needs to be solved.Installing flood mark water gauges at residential area along the rivers is a more economical and effective method to collect flood data.At the same time,flood mark water gauges have good application prospects in the construction of forecasting schemes,flood gradient observations,water surface line calculations,etc.,and it is of great significance to the flood prevention and disaster reduction of small and medium-sized rivers and the development of water resources.
