摘  要:为探究秋季基肥施用量及施用深度对‘珍珠油杏’雌雄蕊发育的影响,本研究以‘珍珠油杏’为实验材料,通过对‘珍珠油杏’设置不同施肥处理,于盛花期计算各处理雄蕊的花丝长度、花药大小、百粒花药质量、花粉饱满度以及花粉生活力,同时统计雌蕊发育类型,计算完全花率。结果表明,增施基肥可促进雌雄蕊花器官发育;施肥深度对雄蕊百粒花药质量影响显著,0~20 cm深度,能显著降低雌蕊百粒花药质量;花粉饱满度和花粉生活力对不同施肥处理响应不敏感,在不同施肥深度和施肥量的处理下,各处理组的实验结果均无显著差异,花粉饱满度均在80%~95%之间,花粉生活力均在65%~80%之间。In order to investigate the effects of basal fertilizer application dosage and depth on the development of pistil and stamen of ’Pearl oil apricot’, this study used ’Pearl oil apricot’as experimental material, and treated’Pearl oil apricot’by designing different fertilizer application conditions to study the filament length, anther size,100 anther weight, pollen fullness and pollen viability of its stamens, while counting the type of pistil development and calculating the complete flowering rate. The results showed that high rate of basal fertilization promoted the development of stamen and pistil flower organs;fertilization depth had a significant effect on 100 anther weight, that fertilization depth of 0-20 cm significantly reduced it;pollen fullness and pollen viability were not sensitive to different fertilization treatments, and no significant differences were found under different fertilization depths and fertilization dosages treatments. Pollen fullness was all in the range of 80%-95%, and pollen viability was in the range of 65%-80%.
