摘　　要：结节病是一种病因未明,可累及全身多器官的非干酪坏死性肉芽肿性疾病。本文中笔者报道了一例结节病致双侧腮腺肿大的病例。Sarcoidosis is a non-caseous necrotizing granulomatous disease of unknown etiology that may affect multiple organs.In this paper,we reported a case of enlargement in bilateral parotid glands tissue caused by systemic sarcoidosis.
