摘 要:铁路货车是铁路货物运输的运载工具,轮轴是铁路货车上重要的部件,其轮轴选配是铁路货车技术管理体系的重要组成部分,也是铁路货车检修工作中关键的环节。本文首先分析了某车辆段轮轴检修现状;其次,在此基础上提出了货车轮轴检修方案,着重介绍了轮轴检修智能化选配研究,该系统实现了该车辆段货车轮轴检修工艺过程数字化、信息化管理。Railway freight car is the carrier of railway cargo transportation and wheel axle is an important part of railway freight car,its wheel axle selection is an important part of railway freight car technology management system,but also a key link in the maintenance of railway freight car.This paper first analyzes the current situation of axle maintenance of a depot;secondly,on the basis of it,the truck axle maintenance scheme is proposed which focusing on the introduction of intelligent axle maintenance research.The system has realized the digital and information management of the truck axle maintenance process in the vehicle section.
