摘 要:以草甘膦湿式催化氧化后的氧化液为处理研究对象,硫酸镁为沉淀剂,氢氧化钠为pH调节剂,采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法对高浓度氨氮的草甘膦母液废水进行沉淀处理。考察了pH值、反应温度和药剂配比对磷酸铵镁的沉淀效率的影响,获得磷酸铵镁法处理高浓度氨氮草甘膦母液的最佳条件为:反应pH值为9,反应温度25℃,按n(Mg)∶n(NH_(4)^(+))=1.6投加镁盐,反应时间20min。在最佳条件下,磷酸铵镁法对草甘膦母液中氨氮的去除率大于90%。Applied magnesium sulfate as precipitating agent,sodium hydroxide as pH regulator,magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation was used to treat the high concentration ammonia nitrogen glyphosate ECO oxidation solution.The effects of pH value,reaction temperature and dosage ratio on the precipitation efficiency of magnesium ammonium phosphate were investigated comprehensively.The obtained optimum treatment conditions of MAP precipitation for treating highly concentrated NH_(4)^(+)-N wastewater were as followed:pH=9,reaction temperature was 25℃,the molar ratio of n(Mg):n(NH_(4)^(+)-N) was 1.6:1.Under these conditions,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen from glyphosate mother liquor by ammonium magnesium phosphate method was more than 90%.
