百年来中国共产党在妇女权益保障中的角色

摘　　要：百年来,中国共产党对妇女权益保障事业尤为重视,在妇女权益保障事业发展中扮演着理念倡导者、法制推进者和问题提出者等多个角色。中国共产党倡导的妇女发展理念不断更新:从谋解放到促发展;从“不另眼相看”到“不另眼相看,但另眼相待”;从“助融入”到“助梦圆”。中国共产党不断推进妇女权益制度走向完善:权益内容愈加丰富;立法程序愈加开放;地方性性别平等评估机制建立。从世界范围看,中国的妇女权益保障事业任重而道远。中国共产党不仅有提出问题的勇气,更有直面问题的魄力。让每一位女性拥有实现梦想的力量和机会是新时期中国共产党领导下妇女权益保障事业的目标所向。Over the past hundred years,the Communist Party of China has paid special attention to the enterprise of rights and interests of women,and has played many roles in it,such as advocate of ideas,system promoter and problem-raiser.The concept of women’s development advocated by the Communist Party of China is constantly updated:from seeking liberation to promoting development;from looking at them without different eyes to unusual regarding;from helping them fitting into society to helping them realizing their dreams.The Communist Party of China has been promoting the improvement of the system of women’s rights and interests:the content of rights and interests has become more abundant;the legislative process has become more open;the local gender equality assessment mechanism has been established.From a worldwide perspective,China has a long way to go in protecting women’s rights and interests.The Communist Party of China not only has the courage to come up with questions,but also has the courage to face them directly.Giving every woman the power and opportunity to realize her dreams is the goal of the enterprise of women’s rights and interests protection under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the new era.
