摘　　要：目的 比较SuperPATH全髋置换与全髋关节置换术疗效、疼痛程度及髋关节功能。方法 纳入2019年1—12月浙江省湖州市中心医院收治的60例全髋关节置换术患者,使用信封法随机分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),分别实施SuperPATH全髋置换与全髋关节置换术治疗。记录两组患者各项手术指标,评估患者疼痛、髋关节功能在治疗前后的变化情况,随访并发症发生率。结果 两组患者术中出血量、术后引流量比较,观察组均少于对照组,切口长度比较,观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低、Harris评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分较对照组更低、Harris评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,观察组(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SuperPATH全髋置换出血量少、切口小、并发症少,在改善患者疼痛程度及髋关节功能方面作用显著,可在临床广泛推广。Objective To compare the curative effect,pain degree,and hip joint function between SuperPATH total hip replacement and total hip replacement.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Huzhou Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province from January to December 2019 were included.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by envelope method,and separately underwent SuperPATH hip replacement and total hip replacement surgery.The surgical indicators,the pain score(VAS)and hip joint function score(Harris)before and after treatment,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the length of incision was shorter than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,while the Harris score increased after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that(26.67%)of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion SuperPATH hip replacement has less blood loss,small incision,and fewer complications.It has a significant effect on improving patients′pain and hip joint function,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
