超微针刀治疗上斜方肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察超微针刀治疗上斜方肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2017年7月至2018年6月嘉兴市中医医院针灸科符合标准的上斜方肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,治疗组采用超微针刀治疗,每3天1次,3~5次为1个疗程,对照组采用温针治疗,每2天1次,8次为1个疗程。治疗结束后比较两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛评定指数(PRI)及现时疼痛强度(PRI)。结果治疗后治疗组的VAS评分为(2.27±0.61)分,低于对照组的(3.63±0.71)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的PRI评分为(4.10±1.23)分,低于对照组的(5.50±1.60)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的现时疼痛强度(PPI)积分为(1.07±0.24)分,低于对照组的(1.67±0.33)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超微针刀治疗上斜方肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征可有效减轻患者的疼痛,缓解症状,且优于温针治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultramicro needle knife in treating upper cucullaris myofascial pain syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with upper cucullaris myofascial pain syndrome who met the criteria in the acupuncture clinic of Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with ultra-micro needle knife,once every three days,3-5 times for a course of treatment.The control group was treated with warm needling,once every two days,8 times for a course of treatment.At the end of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS),pain rating index(PRI),and pain rating index(PRI)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group wes(2.27±0.61)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.63±0.71)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PRI clinical symptom score of the treatment group was(4.10±1.23)points,lower than that of the control group(5.50±1.60)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The present pain intensity(PPI)score of the treatment group was(1.07±0.24)points,lower than that of the control group(1.67±0.33)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra-micro needle knife can effectively reduce the pain and relieve the symptoms of patients with upper cucullaris myofascial pain syndrome,and is superior to warm needling.
