摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种以高雄激素血症、肥胖、月经无规律、生育能力降低为主要临床表现的复杂性生殖内分泌性疾病。因病因复杂、治愈困难,严重影响育龄期女性心身健康,其中减重困难出现焦虑、抑郁、情感障碍患者逐日增多。而韦尼克脑病(WE)是体内水溶性维生素B_(1)摄入吸收障碍导致的一种严重神经系统代谢性疾病,WE发病凶险、易累积脑神经核,若病情延误、未及时诊治,病程可进展、甚至遗留不可逆性神经功能损伤,如精神障碍、眼球运动受限、共济运动失调等。PCOS伴发WE率明显少于酒精中毒、妊娠呕吐、胃肠手术、放疗化疗、慢性营养不良等常见原因诱发的WE。目前关于PCOS并发WE诱发因素较隐匿,不易被关注。现就发现的内蒙古民族大学附属医院收治1例PCOSWE患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,以期引起临床关注。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a complex reproductive endocrine disease with main clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism,obesity,irregular periods and reduced fertility.Due to complex disease causes and the difficulty to cure,it seriously affects the mental and physical health of women in childbearing age.Among them,the number of patients with anxiety,depression and emotional disorders incurred by weight loss difficulties is increasing day by day.Wernicke encephalopathy(WE)is a serious metabolic disease of the nervous system caused by the intake and absorption disorders of water-soluble vitamin B_(1) in the body.WE shows the rapid development of dangerous conditions and it is easy to accumulate cranial nerve nuclei.If the condition is delayed and not diagnosed and treated in time,the course of the disease can progress,and even irreversible neurological impairments may be left,such as mental disorder,limited eye movement,ataxia,etc.The incidence of PCOS complicated with WE is significantly lower than the incidence of WE induced by alcoholism,pregnancy vomiting,gastrointestinal surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,chronic malnutrition and other common causes.At present,the predisposing factors for PCOS complicated with WE are occult and not easy to be concerned about.The clinical data of a patient with PCOS complicated with WE admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University are retrospectively analyzed in order to attract clinical attention.
