医院社会评价体系的建立与成果应用分析

摘　　要：目的以履行医院社会职责为主要导向,对民众关心的医疗服务相关问题予以精准的解答,弥补既往医疗服务体系中的不足,为医院开展医院社会评价提供理论依据,提高整体医疗服务水平。方法以该院为例,对院内自主评价、患者满意度调查、行风监督等社会评价措施及院内社会评价体系的过程和成效进行阐述,并就如何将院内社会评价结果与医院管理措施进行良好融合作进一步的分析。结果经过多方面探索及实践应用发现,2020年、2021年该院的社会评价整体满意度与2019年统计数据相比较高。结论基于社会视角,合理构建医院社会评价体系,能够为民众提供较完善、有效的医疗服务,促使群众收获舒适、良好的就医体验。Objective To fulfill the social responsibility of the hospital as the main orientation,to provide accurate answers to the medical service-related issues that the public care about,and to make up for the deficiencies in the previous medical service system.Provide a theoretical basis for hospitals to carry out hospital social evaluation and improve the overall medical service level.Methods Taking the hospital as an example,the social evaluation measures such as self-assessment,patient satisfaction survey,and behavior supervision in the hospital,as well as the process and effect of the social evaluation system in the hospital,were expounded.And make further analysis on how to integrate the results of the social evaluation in the hospital with the hospital management measures.Results After multi-faceted exploration and practical application,it was found that the overall satisfaction of the social evaluation of the hospital in 2020 and 2021 was higher than the statistical data in 2019.Conclusion Based on the social perspective,a reasonable construction of the hospital social evaluation system can provide the public with more complete and effective medical services,and promote the public to gain a comfortable and good medical experience.
