摘 要:综合运用《上海市三级综合医院评审标准》(以下简称“等级评审标准”)和JCI评审标准,通过精准分析合理配置人力资源;以明确的全员岗位职责为基础开展员工招聘、资质审核、聘任授权、教育培训、考核评估等工作,确保员工的知识和技能水平能够满足岗位需求和医院发展,为患者提供高质量、高安全的医疗服务。以某区域医疗中心为例,旨在综合运用等级评审标准和JCI评审标准,从人员配置、遴选、使用、培育、稳留各个环节进行创新实践和持续改进,形成有效的管理机制,实现人力资源全过程管理。Comprehensively use the"Shanghai tertiary general hospital evaluation standards"(hereinafter referred to as"level evaluation standards")and JCI evaluation standards,and rationally allocate human resources through accurate analysis.Carry out employee recruitment,qualification review,appointment authorization,education and training,assessment and other work based on clear job responsibilities for all employees.Ensure that the knowledge and skill level of employees can meet the needs of the job and the development of the hospital,and provide high-quality and high-safety medical services for patients.Taking a regional medical center as an example,the aim is to comprehensively apply the grade evaluation standard and the JCI evaluation standard.Carry out innovative practice and continuous improvement from all aspects of personnel allocation,selection,use,cultivation and retention.Form an effective management mechanism to realize the whole-process management of human resources.
