摘 要:目的研究信息化管理对免疫规划工作的影响。方法抽取2018年1月—2019年1月开展信息化管理之前进行预防接种的儿童100名作为对照组,抽取2020年1月—2021年1月开展信息化管理之后进行预防接种的儿童100名作为观察组,比较两组的接种情况。结果观察组的疫苗接种率、及时接种率、建卡率和及时建卡率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将信息化管理运用在免疫规划工作中可提高预防接种率和接种及时率,提高建卡率和及时建卡率,进一步规范免疫规划工作。Objective To study the influence of information management on immunization planning.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,100 children who were vaccinated before the implementation of information management were selected as the control group.From January 2020 to January 2021,100 children who received vaccination after the implementation of information management were selected as the observation group.The vaccination status of the two groups was compared.Results The vaccination rate,timely vaccination rate,card establishment rate and timely card establishment rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information management in immunization planning can improve the vaccination rate and the timely rate of vaccination,increase the rate of card establishment and timely card establishment,and further standardize the immunization planning work.
