摘　　要：新媒体对社会的政治影响日益深刻,新形势下,如何运用新媒体加强和改进医院党支部的思想政治工作建设,提高党支部的思政建设科学化水平,确保医院党支部充分履行职能、发挥核心作用,确保医院广大党员党性坚强、发挥先锋模范作用,从而推动全面从严治党真正落实到每个支部、每名党员,是对党务工作者适应社会发展需要的重要考验。该文通过对医院临床党支部思政学习状况的调研、分析,从创新党建传播方式的载体、搭建基层党建服务的平台、完善党史微信钉钉学习教育新模式等方面提出新媒体环境下的医院党支部思想政治工作创新机制的思考。The political influence of new media on society is increasingly profound.Under the new situation,how to use new media to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of the hospital party branch,improve the scientific level of the ideological and political construction of the party branch,ensure that the hospital party branch fully performs its functions and plays a core role.It is an important test for party workers to adapt to the needs of social development to ensure that the majority of party members in the hospital are strong in party spirit and play a pioneering and exemplary role,so as to promote the implementation of comprehensive and strict party governance to every branch and every party member.The article investigates and analyzes the ideological and political learning situation of the hospital's clinical party branch.From the perspectives of innovating the carrier of party building dissemination,building a platform for grass-roots party building services,and improving the new model of party history WeChat,Dingding learning and education,this paper puts forward the thinking on the innovation mechanism of the ideological and political work of the hospital party branch under the new media environment.
