Objective:To construct a need assessment grading indicators system based on the theoretical framework of the the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF),so as to provide basis for stroke demand grading. Methods:On the basis of ICF theory, combined with literature analysis, qualitative interview and expert group meeting, stroke needs assessment indicators were initially developed, and the contents of stroke patients′needs classification index system were finally determined through Delphi method and two rounds of expert letter consultation. Results:The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaire was 93.75%,and the expert authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.907.The Kendal coordination coefficients of all indexes ranged from 0.338 to 0.591.The constructed demand grading index of stroke patients included 5 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators, including physiological function demand, activity demand, psychological cognitive function demand, participation demand and environmental demand. Conclusion:The needs grading assessment indicators of stroke patients are reliable and scientific, which can provide the basis for the needs grading of stroke patients.
