姚桥煤矿西十采区回风系统优化研究

摘  要:针对姚桥煤矿复杂矿井通风系统中西十采区回风系统无独立通风问题,确定了西十采区回风系统优化设计原则,提出了对西十采区进行新掘水平回风巷和新掘回风上山两种回风系统设计方案。在“三掘”、“一采两掘”和“一采三掘”三种不同采区布局方式下,采用矿井通风网络解算方法对设计方案进行了模拟解算和分析。结果表明,两种方案分别采用“三掘”、“一采两掘”与“一采三掘”布局时,通风系统均能满足需风量要求。从方案实施效果和经济性考虑,新掘回风上山线路较短,改造工程投入成本低,线路阻力小于新掘水平回风巷。In view of the problem that there is no independent ventilation in the return air system of west No.10 mining area in the complex mine ventilation system of Yaoqiao coal mine,the optimization design principle of return air system of west No.10 mining area is determined.And two design schemes of return air system are put forward,which are new horizontal return air roadway and new return air uphill in west No.10 mining area.Under three different mining area layout modes of "three excavations"," one mining and two excavations" and " one mining and three excavations",the design scheme is simulated and analyzed by using mine ventilation network solution method.The results show that when the two schemes adopt "three excavations","one mining and two excavations" and " one mining and three excavations" respectively,the ventilation system could meet the demand of air volume.Considering the implementation effect and economy of the scheme,the newly excavated return air uphill line is short,the investment cost of the reconstruction project is low,and the line resistance is less than the new excavation horizontal return air roadway.
