摘 要:以串草圪旦煤矿6105工作面为例,考虑其煤层埋藏浅、易自燃的赋存特性,以及长时间停采会出现遗煤氧化的问题,利用理论研究和现场实地测量相结合的方法防止遗煤自燃。针对丢煤严重、埋藏浅导致的大量漏风和煤本身具有易自燃的特点,采取对工作面两端封堵漏风和灌注防灭火材料的综合治理措施,有效减少了采空区漏风,实现隔氧降温。监测结果表明治理效果良好,能够切实保障安全生产。Taking 6105 working face of Chuancao Gedan coal mine as an example,considering the occurrence characteristics of shallow buried coal seam and easy spontaneous combustion,as well as the problem of residual coal oxidation during long-term stoppage,the method of combining theoretical research and field measurement is used to prevent residual coal’s spontaneous combustion.In view of the large amount of air leakage caused by serious coal loss and shallow buried and the characteristics that coal is prone to spontaneous combustion,the comprehensive treatment measures of blocking air leakage at both ends of the working face and pouring firefighting materials are taken to effectively reduce air leakage in the goaf and realize oxygen isolation and cooling.The monitoring results show that the treatment effect is good and safe production can be effectively ensured.
