摘　　要：本文综合运用最优化模型、WOA算法、主从博弈模型等数学方法,阐述建模的思路和角度,较好的解决了发电商的运营调度问题.We synthetically use optimization model,WOA,master-slave game model,and other mathematical methods to analyze the problems and successfully solve the operation and scheduling problems for power generation companies.
