摘 要:目的探讨视频反馈教学法相比于传统教学法在医学本科生穿脱隔离衣教学中的应用效果。方法通过随机对照实验研究方法,选取西安交通大学第二附属医院传染病学系2020-2021学年第一学期2017级临床医学专业见习生158人,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组79人,实验组采取视频反馈教学方法,对照组采用传统授课教学法,比较两组考核成绩,进而对视频反馈教学法进行问卷调查的教学效果评价。结果视频反馈教学组考核成绩[(95.63±1.38)分]明显优于传统授课对照组[(90.89±1.62)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医学专业见习生对视频反馈教学法的认同率超过81%。结论视频反馈教学法在穿脱隔离衣教学中的应用,提高学生知晓自身操作优缺点、提高学习兴趣、促进同学间交流、增加课后练习次数方面的认同度,显著提高考核成绩的教学效果,值得在教学中推广使用。Objective to explore the application effect of video feedback teaching compared with traditional method on undergraduates majoring in the teaching of putting on and taking off the isolation gown.Methods a randomized controlled experimental research method was used to select 158 clinical medicine trainees from the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University in the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year,and were randomly divided into an effect of video feedback teaching group and a traditional method control group.The experimental group(n=79)adopts the video feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method of the control group(n=79),compares the two groups'assessment results,and then evaluates the teaching effect of the questionnaire on the video feedback teaching.Results the assessment score of the video feedback teaching group[(95.63±1.38)points]was significantly better than that of the traditional teaching control group[(90.89±1.62)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recognition rate of the video feedback teaching method more than 81%.Conclusion the application of video feedback method in the teaching of putting on and taking off isolation clothes improves students'recognition of their own operation advantages and disadvantages,enhances learning interest,promotes communication among students,increases the number of exercises after class,and significantly improves the teaching of assessment results effect,and is worth to be promoted in undergraduate teaching.
