摘　　要：基于非化疗药外渗的相关因素、外渗诱导组织损伤机制、外渗预防和处理方法,本文对非化疗药物外渗防护研究进展进行综述,提出相应非化疗药物管理规范和培训机制,使临床护士掌握非化疗药物外渗管理方法。Based on the related factors of non-chemotherapy drug extravasation,mechanism of tissue injury induced by extravasation,and prevention and treatment methods,this paper summarized the research progress of non-chemotherapy drug extravasation protection,proposed the corresponding management norms and training mechanism of non-chemotherapy drugs,so that clinical nurses can master the management methods of non-chemotherapy drug extravasation.
