医用织物洗涤机构消毒质量情况调查及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查医用织物洗涤机构的消毒质量并分析消毒质量不合格的危险因素。方法选取2019年1月—2021年10月该市3家医用织物洗涤机构(机构A、B、C)作为调查对象,对选取的医用织物洗涤机构环境卫生、织物卫生、人员手卫生情况及洗涤工作条件展开调查,分析医用织物洗涤机构消毒质量不合格的危险因素。结果共对3家医用织物洗涤机构展开了155次调查,其中有效调查150次,机构A、B、C综合合格率分别为95.33%(143/150)、80.00%(120/150)、78.00%(117/150)。多因素分析显示,未规范使用防护用品(OR=1.352)、未定期人员培训(OR=1.379)、无隔离式设备(OR=1.446)、无专用运输车辆(OR=1.769)、未定期环境消毒(OR=1.957)、无专用洁污交换场所(OR=1.995)、无分类盛放器具(OR=2.135)是医用织物洗涤机构消毒质量不合格的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论医用织物洗涤机构消毒质量不合格的情况较为普遍,未规范使用防护用品、未定期人员培训、无隔离式设备、无专用运输车辆、未定期环境消毒、无专用洁污交换场所、无分类盛放器具是医用织物洗涤机构消毒质量不合格的危险因素。Objective To investigate the disinfection quality of medical fabric washing institutions and analyze the risk factors of unqualified disinfection quality.Methods Three medical fabric washing institutions(institutions A,B,C)in this city from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the survey objects.The environmental hygiene,fabric hygiene,personnel hand hygiene and washing working conditions of the selected medical fabric washing institutions were investigated.To analyze the risk factors of unqualified disinfection quality of medical fabric washing institutions.Results A total of 155 investigations were conducted on 3 medical fabric washing institutions,of which 150 were effective investigations.The comprehensive pass rates of institutions A,B and C were 95.33%(143/150),80.00%(120/150)and 78.00%(117/150)respectively.Multivariate analysis showed that there were no standardized use of protective equipment(OR=1.352),no regular personnel training(OR=1.379),no isolation equipment(OR=1.446),and no special transport vehicles(OR=1.769),no regular environmental disinfection(OR=1.957),no special cleaning and pollution exchange place(OR=1.995),and no classified storage utensils(OR=2.135)were the risk factors for the unqualified disinfection quality of medical fabric washing institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The unqualified disinfection quality of medical fabric washing institutions is common,with no standardized use of protective equipment,no regular personnel training,no isolation equipment,no special transport vehicles,and no regular environmental disinfection,no special cleaning and pollution exchange place and no classified storage utensils are the risk factors for the unqualified disinfection quality of medical fabric washing institutions.
