责任制个案管理在胃肠外科护理管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究责任制个案管理在胃肠外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年4月—2021年4月17名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成A组(n=8)和B组(n=9),然后将同年来该院住院治疗的80例胃肠疾病患者,按照同样方法分成对照A组(n=40)和观察B组(n=40),B组护士护理观察B组患者,A组护士护理对照A组患者,从护士角度和患者角度分析护理管理质量的影响效果。结果B组护理人员护理质量考核分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护理人员护理差错事件发生率和护理纠纷发生率更低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察B组患者护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠外科护理管理中应用责任制个案管理,能够有效提升护理质量以及护理效果,应用价值高。Objective To study the application effect of responsibility system case management in gastrointestinal surgery nursing management.Methods A total of 17 nurses in the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group A(n=8)and group B(n=9)according to the random number table method.Then take 80 patients with gastrointestinal diseases who were hospitalized in the hospital in the same year as an example.According to the same method,they were divided into control A group(n=40)and observation B group(n=40).Nurses in group B nursing the patients in observation B group,nurses in group A nursing the patients in control A group.The effect of nursing management quality was analyzed from the perspective of nurses and patients.Results The score of nursing quality assessment of nurses in group B was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing errors and nursing disputes were lower in group B,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in observation B group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility system case management in the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing and nursing effect.It has high application value.
