益肾宁联合西药治疗慢性肾脏病患者钙磷代谢紊乱的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾宁联合西药治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者钙磷代谢紊乱,为临床治疗提供新的治疗方法与思路。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月就诊于山西中医药大学附属中西医结合医院肾病科符合纳入标准的患者72例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组各36例,对照组予西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础加用益肾宁。在治疗前1 d及每治疗4、8周后观察2组患者的血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、血肌酐,并且在治疗前及治疗后观察2组患者的血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果治疗后2组血钙均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组升高明显(P<0.05);治疗后2组血磷、iPTH、血肌酐均下降,治疗组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论益肾宁联合西药治疗CKD患者钙磷代谢紊乱较单纯西医治疗的疗效更为显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To determine the efficacy of Yishenning combined with Western medicine in the treatment of calcium-phosphorus metabolism disorder in the patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),and to provide a new therapeutic method and protocol for clinical treatment.Methods Seventy-two patients,who fulfilled the inclusion criteria and admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chi-nese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2020and January 2021,were included in the study.All patients were randomly divided into the control group and study group(n=36 each).The control group was given basic treatment with Western medicine.In addition to this,the study group was given Yishenning.The levels of blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),intact parathyroid hor-mone(iPTH),and serum creatinine(SCr)were determined at 1d before the treatment and at every 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment.The levels of serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the two groups were determined at baseline and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the level of blood Ca in the two groups increased compared with baseline(P<0.05),and the increase in the study group was more signif-icant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of blood P,i PTH and blood SCr all decreased significantly in the study group compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yishenning combined with Western medicine is significantly effective in the treatment of calcium-phosphorus metabolism disorder in CKD patients,and therefore is worthwhile of widespread use in clinical practices.
