摘　　要：目的 探讨经皮血管腔内射频消融联合无水乙醇(RFAE)治疗Klippel-Trénaunay综合征(KTS)患者下肢边缘静脉的安全性和疗效。方法 收集2019年9月至2020年10月于西安国际医学中心医院治疗的13例KTS患者的临床资料,所有患者均使用RFAE治疗,统计患者的一般资料、治疗方法、随访结果等。结果 13例患者术后随访3~10个月,无病例出现肺动脉栓塞或深静脉血栓形成、皮肤坏死或神经损伤等并发症,无深静脉受损或梗阻征象,体格检查和影像学检查提示完全闭合12条,部分闭合1条。结论 射频消融联合RFAE是治疗KTS患者下肢边缘静脉安全、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of radiofrequency ablation and ethanol(RFAE) therapy in treating lower extremity marginal vein in patients with Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome(KTS). Method The clinical data of 13 patients with KTS who were treated in Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were collected. All patients were treated with RFAE. The general data, treatment regimens, and followup results of the patients were collected. Result Thirteen patients were followed up for 3 to 10 months. No cases of complications such as pulmonary embolism or deep vein thrombosis, skin necrosis, or nerve injury, and no signs of deep vein damage or obstruction were reported. Physical examination and imaging examination presented complete closure in 12 cases and partial closure in 1 case. Conclusion RFAE is a safe and effective intervention for treating lower extremity marginal vein in patients with KTS.
