摘 要:血管内膜增生是血管增生性疾病共同的生理特征,增殖的内膜由血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)、成纤维细胞、肌成纤维细胞组成,其中,VSMC的增殖及迁移在内膜增生中发挥着重要作用。自噬是一种有助于细胞稳态的重要生物学过程,已被证实在VSMC增殖中具有关键性作用,既能抑制VSMC的增殖,维护细胞的正常功能,又能促进VSMC的增殖,导致疾病进展。因此,了解VSMC自噬与增殖之间的联系,以及VSMC中调控自噬与增殖的机制对于开发血管疾病的新疗法至关重要。Vascular intimal hyperplasia is a common physiological feature of vascular proliferative diseases. The proliferative intima is composed of vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC), fibroblasts and myofibroblasts, and the proliferation and migration of VSMC play an important role in intimal hyperplasia. Autophagy is an important biological process that contributes to cell homeostasis. Autophagy has been proved to play a key role in the proliferation of VSMC,which can not only inhibit the proliferation of VSMC, maintain the normal function of cells, but also promote the proliferation of VSMC and cause disease progression. Therefore, it is very vital for the development of new therapies for vascular diseases to understand the relationship between autophagy and proliferation of VSMC and the mechanism of regulating autophagy and proliferation in VSMC.
