摘  要:在糖尿病诸多死亡原因中,血管并发症位居首位。脂肪因子对糖尿病前期、糖尿病以及糖尿病并发症的发生发展有着不可忽视的影响,许多脂肪因子更是直接参与到糖尿病血管病变进程中,其机制复杂,尚存在诸多争议,需进一步深入研究,未来有望以其为靶点,研制出防治糖尿病及其并发症的靶向药物,为防治糖尿病及其并发症开辟新的领域。本文主要对一些常见脂肪因子与糖尿病血管病变的关联进行综述,旨在为在临床展开对糖尿病并发症的预防及开创新的理论研讨作贡献。Vascular complications is the leading cause of death for diabetes patients. Adipokine greatly influences the prediabetes, diabetes, and diabetic complications, and many adipokines are directly involved in the process of diabetic vascular lesions, the mechanism of which is complex and there are many controversies, which need to be further studied. In the future, it is expected to develop targeted drugs for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications and opening up a new field for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications by using adipokine as the target. This article mainly introduces the association of some common adipokines with diabetic angiopathy to make contribution to the prevention and development of diabetic complications and innovation of new theoretical research.
