摘 要:反硝化过程是土壤氮素损失的主要过程之一,为明确蔬菜作物黄瓜次生代谢产物中是否存在具有抑制反硝化作用的物质,本研究选取氮素利用高效型的黄瓜品种‘津优35号’为研究对象,通过MT2微生物平板法及摇瓶试验测定了黄瓜根系分泌物及根系组织提取物对反硝化细菌代谢活性及反硝化过程的影响。结果表明:酸性、中性及非水溶性组分根系分泌物均表现出不同程度的反硝化抑制能力,3种组分最高抑制效率分别可达21.4%、27.6%及26.7%;根系提取物在未影响细菌生长的前提下显著促进了N2O的生成,未表现出生物反硝化抑制能力。在本研究所采用的提取方法下,根系分泌物中具有潜在的生物反硝化抑制剂。Denitrification is one of the main processes of soil nitrogen loss.In order to determine whether there is secondary metabolites of cucumber that can inhibit denitrification,this study investigated the effects of root exudates and extracts from cucumber'Jinyou 35',which characterized by high nitrogen utilization efficiency,on the metabolic activity of denitrifying bacteria and denitrification process.The results showed that the root exudates of acidic,neutral and insoluble components showed different degrees of denitrification inhibition.The highest inhibition efficiencies of the three components were 21.4%,27.6%and 26.7%,respectively;The root extract significantly promoted the production of N2O without affecting the growth of bacteria,and did not show the inhibition ability of biological denitrification.Under the extraction method adopted in this study,there were biology denitrification inhibitors in root exudates.
