摘　　要：倪传基(1873—1958),字偆如,一字春墅。宁波籍著名藏书家,其事迹长期湮没无闻。20世纪50年代初期,倪氏藏书被没收后流入市场,倪传基又重新将其购回并捐赠国家,极具悲喜剧色彩。因黄裳及《上海近代藏书纪事诗》之记载,倪传基长期被写作“倪春如”。上海图书馆藏有1924年培德堂木活字本《镇海西管乡后倪倪氏宗谱》,其家世生平因此得以明了。其宗谱内所载《镇海倪氏宝墨书楼记》可初步揭示倪氏藏书之概况,学界从未道及,亦附载于文末。Ni Chuanji,styled himself Chunru,also Chunshu who was born in Ningbo,is a famous book collector.His deeds have long been lost in oblivion.In the early 1950s,Ni s collection was confiscated into market.Then he bought those books again and donated to the state.This is comedy and tragedy with features of the era.His name has been wrongly written as“Ni Chunru”for a long time,because of the miswriting of Huang Shang and Shanghai Modern Collection Chronicle Poetry.The Ni Family Tree of Xiguan Town in Zhenhai District in Shanghai Library is a kind of wooden types printed genealogical tree and was compiled by him in 1924 s Cultivating Virtue Hall.After that his life and family were known.Ni s Notes of Baomo Book Tower,a passage,was very valuable and was not mentioned by other scholars.This essay was recorded in The Ni Family Tree,which preliminary reveal the general situation of Ni Chuanji s book collection.
