兰渝高铁对沿线城市旅游经济的空间影响及效应分析

摘　　要：为揭示兰渝高铁的开通对于西部地区旅游经济发展的空间影响及具体效应,以沿线兰州、定西、陇南、广元、南充、重庆6个地区为研究单元,构建旅游可达性模型以及旅游经济联系模型。同时运用面板数据模型,确定兰渝高铁开通对旅游经济的平均效应。结果表明:高铁开通促使沿线城市旅游可达性与旅游经济联系均有提升,但空间差异性明显,廊道西侧城市要优于廊道东侧,区域旅游经济发展整体趋于平衡。铁路客运量对旅游经济产生正向影响,铁路货运量对旅游经济产生负向影响,即兰渝高铁通过提高客运量的方式间接促进旅游经济。平均效应为:每增加1万人次的客运量,则会增加的GDP为1.503亿元,社会消费品零售总额为0.709亿元和旅游总收入为0.624亿元,还可以增加5.426万人次的国内外旅游人数。In order to reveal the spatial impact and specific effect of the opening of Lanzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway on the tourism economic development in western China,this paper takes Lanzhou,Dingxi,Longnan,Guangyuan,Nanchong and Chongqing as research units,constructs tourism accessibility model and tourism economic connection model,and uses panel data model to determine the average effect of the opening of Lanzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway on tourism economy.The results show that the opening of high-speed railway promotes the tourism accessibility and tourism economic connection of cities along the route,but the spatial difference is obvious,and the cities on the west side of corridor are better than those on the east side of corridor.Railway passenger traffic has a positive impact on tourism economy,while railway freight traffic has a negative impact on tourism economy,that is,Lanzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway indirectly promotes tourism economy by increasing passenger traffic.The average effect is that for every 10,000 passengers,the GDP will increase by 150.3 million yuan,the total retail sales of social consumer goods will be 70.9 million yuan,the total tourism revenue will be 62.4 million yuan,and the number of domestic and foreign tourists will increase by 54.26 million.
