高校学生收费管理存在的主要问题及对策建议

摘　　要：高校学生收费是高校经费的主要来源之一,尤其对于省属本科高校,学费收入占到学校总体收入水平的一半甚至更多,是高校发展的重要保障。如何加强对高校学生收费的管理,保障学费收入应收尽收、及时到位、准确无误,防范徇私舞弊,是高校收费工作的重要问题。本文从实际工作出发,探讨高校学生收费管理中存在的主要问题,并据此提出对策和建议。College student fees are one of the main sources of college funds,especially for provincial ordinary colleges and universities,tuition income accounts for half or even more of the overall income level of the school,which is an important guarantee for the development of colleges and universities.How to strengthen the management of college students'fees,ensure that tuition income is fully collected,timely and accurate,and prevent favoritism and fraud are important issues in college charging work.Starting from the actual work,this paper discusses the main problems existing in the management of college students'fees,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
