摘 要:在经济发展中,经营者和学者对雇主品牌建设的兴趣大大增加。企业已经将雇主品牌作为吸引和留住人才的重要工具,雇主品牌成为激烈竞争的市场中企业可持续发展的重要策略。如果企业没有注意到这一策略,会导致它失去自己的市场。一旦企业给予雇主品牌建设更多的关注,员工往往会更长久地留在企业。雇主品牌建设有利于在整个企业内建立良好的关系,但学术研究在这方面非常有限。鉴于这一概念的起源相对较晚,本文从人力资源管理的角度使读者对雇主品牌建设过程及其对企业的重要意义有一个清晰的理解,并且为企业提供一个敏锐的视角,帮助企业运用雇主品牌区分自己与竞争对手,成为市场上的首选雇主,从而获得竞争优势。In economic development,operators and scholars have greatly increased their interest in employer branding.Enterprises have taken employer brand as an important tool to attract and retain talents,and employer brand has become an important strategy for sustainable development of enterprises in the fiercely competitive market.If a business fails to heed this strategy,it will cause it to lose its market.Once a company pays more attention to employer branding,employees tend to stay with the company longer.Employer branding is good for building good relationships across the business,but academic research is very limited in this regard.Given the relatively late origins of this concept,this article provides readers with a clear understanding of the employer branding process and its significance to businesses from a human resource management perspective,and provides businesses with a keen perspective on how to use employer Brands differentiate themselves from their competitors and gain a competitive advantage by becoming the employer of choice in the marketplace.
