摘 要:由于开关磁阻电机定转子呈双凸极结构以及其磁场具有饱和性和强非线性,使该电机在运行时会产生较大的转矩脉动和噪声。本文针对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动较大的特点,提出了一种新型电机结构——轴向磁通转子错角斜极电机,并对该电机进行了有限元仿真,详细分析该电机结构的电感、转矩脉动、损耗等特性并将改进的电机结构与传统开关磁阻电机进行了对比。仿真结果表明,结构改进后的电机改善了传统磁阻电机的性能,增大了平均转矩,减小了转矩脉动,提高了电机效率。Due to the stator and rotor of the switched reluctance motor has double salient pole structure and its magnetic field has saturation and strong non-linearity, the motor will produce large torque ripple and noise during operation.Aiming at the characteristic of switched reluctance motor torque ripple, this paper puts forward a new type of motor structure, the axial magnetic flux rotor Angle of inclined pole machine fault, and has carried on the finite element simulation of the motor, the inductance, torque ripple and loss characteristics of the motor structure are analyzed in detail, and the improved motor structure is compared with the traditional switched reluctance motor. The simulation results show that the motor with improved structure improves the performance of the traditional reluctance motor, increases the average torque, reduces the torque ripple and improves the motor efficiency.
