摘 要:本文提出了一种基于多元变分模态分解(Multivariate Variational Mode Decomposition, MVMD)与复合多尺度熵(Composite Multi-scale Entropy, CMSE)的水电机组摆度信号消噪方法。该方法利用MVMD算法将多传感器同时采集的多通道摆度信号进行了同步分解,有效地提高了多通道数据融合处理能力,同时得到了若干个固有模态分量;采用复合多尺度熵阈值准则确定重构信号的固有模态分量个数,实现水电机组摆度信号的消噪。通过与VMD及小波分解方法进行仿真信号消噪对比,比较相关系数与信噪比,结果表明本文提出的方法具有更好的消噪效果。最后通过实例分析进一步验证了本文所提出的方法具有更好的信号消噪性能。In this paper, a de-noising method for the swing signal of hydropower units based on multivariate variational mode decomposition(MVMD) and composite multi-scale entropy(CMSE) is proposed. The MVMD algorithm is used to decompose the multi-channel swing signal collected by multi-sensor simultaneously, which effectively improves the multi-channel data fusion processing ability and obtains several intrinsic mode components. The CMSE threshold criterion is used to determine the number of intrinsic mode components of the reconstructed signal, so as to realize the de-noising of the swing signal of hydropower units. Through the comparison of VMD and wave decomposition method for the de-noising of simulation signal, the correlation coefficient and signal-to-noise ratio show that the proposed method in this paper has better de-noising effect. Finally, the example analysis further verifies that the proposed method has better signal de-noising performance.
