摘 要:随着现代飞行器动力性能的日益提高和工作范围的不断扩大,传统直接连接式畸变模拟试验局限性越来越大,先进航空动力研发的一些关键技术,如动态畸变响应的动力学问题、进气道-发动机流量协调与模态转换问题等,都离不开自由射流试验。早在20世纪中期就诞生的自由射流进气装置面临着诸多挑战,新一代高性能航空发动机进发匹配试验的迫切需求,也为其进一步发展提供了新的契机;同时,构型创新和虚实结合为自由射流进气装置及其试验带来了全新的、智能化的发展方向。为了使构型创新自由射流进气装置满足新一代高性能航空发动机进发匹配试验的需求,详细介绍了国内外进气装置的开发历程,从自由射流试验技术、气动设计、结构设计、以及姿态设计等4个方面,对典型构型的基本原理和气动性能进行了综合分析,阐述了进气装置的基本特征及其发展所面临的主要矛盾,针对动态姿态模拟和进发匹配特性自由射流试验研究的不足,指出了通过构型创新和综合集成的喷管关键技术研究发展趋势及获得的进展。结合近年来新一代航空发动机研制的新形势对自由射流试验的新需求,以及众多创新技术的应用,表明自由射流喷管将迎来工程应用领域的蓬勃发展,为相关技术研究与工程实践提供技术基础。With the increasing improvement of the dynamic performance of modern aircraft and the continuous expansion of working range,the limitations of the traditional direct connection distortion simulation test are becoming greater and greater. Some key technologies of advanced aviation power research and development,such as the dynamics of dynamic distortion response,inlet engine flow coordination and mode conversion,are inseparable from the free jet test. The free jet intake device,which was born in the mid-20th century,is facing many challenges. The urgent demand for the advance matching test of a new generation of high-performance aeroengine also provides a new opportunity for its further development. At the same time,the combination of configuration innovation and virtual reality has brought a new and intelligent development direction for the free jet intake device and its test. In order to make the configuration innovation free jet intake device meet the requirements of the inlet-engine compatibility test of a new generation of high-performance aeroengine,the development process of intake device at home and abroad was introduced in detail. The basic principle and aerodynamic performance of typical configurations were comprehensively analyzed from four aspects:free jet test technology,aerodynamic design,structural design and attitude design. The basic characteristics of the intake device and the main contradictions faced by its development were described. Focusing on the shortcomings of dynamic attitude simulation and inlet-engine compatibility characteristics of free jet test,the research trend and progress of key technologies of nozzle through configuration innovation and comprehensive integration were pointed out. Combined with the new situation of new generation aeroengine development in recent years,the new demand for free jet test and the application of many innovative technologies,it shows that the free jet nozzle will usher in the vigorous development of engineering application field,and provide a technical
