摘 要:为了改善喷气织机单圆孔辅助喷嘴的引纬速度、能耗和织物质量,阵列椭圆孔得到两种不同出口形状的辅助喷嘴。通过数值模拟结合实验方法研究了阵列式辅助喷嘴和主喷嘴射流汇入异形筘内组合流场特性。分析了异形孔辅喷结构参数和阵列方式对组合流场的速度、集束性和湍涡分布的影响。结果表明:阵列式多孔辅喷射流汇入异形筘组合流场核心速度区域更长,集束性更好,引纬稳定性更优。可见阵列式多孔辅喷可取替单圆孔辅喷,应用于现代高速喷气织机。In order to improve the weft insertion velocity,energy consumption and fabric quality of the single circular hole auxiliary nozzle of air-jet loom,two auxiliary nozzles with different exit shapes were obtained by arraying elliptical holes.Numerical simulation of flow field and experimental methods were used to investigated combined flow field characteristics of the arrayed auxiliary nozzle and the main nozzle jet converging into the profiled reed.The effects of the structural parameters of the shaped auxiliary nozzles and the array method on the velocity and air flow clustering,as well as turbulent vortex distribution of the combined flow field were analyzed.The results show that the core velocity region of the porosity of the auxiliary nozzle jet converging into the combined flow field of the profiled reed is longer,and the air flow clustering is better,and the stability of weft insertion is better.It is concluded that the array porosity of the auxiliary nozzles can replace the single round hole auxiliary nozzles and be used in modern high-speed air-jet loom.
