摘 要:为了研究螺栓连接结构对航空发动机转子系统动力特性的影响,将改进薄层单元法应用到正常工作的转子系统的螺栓连接结构中,该方法能够充分考虑对接面之间应力分布不均的特点,并且薄层单元材料参数无需试验数据修正。首先,简述了改进薄层单元法的基本原理;其次,将该方法应用到简化的转子系统中,研究了螺栓预紧力对转子系统固有特性、临界转速和不平衡响应的影响规律。结果表明:在转子系统螺栓连接结构应用改进薄层单元法时,转子系统是周期对称结构,系统的临界转速特性需要在旋转坐标系下进行求解;随着螺栓预紧力的增加,转子系统的各阶固有频率、各阶临界转速和不平衡响应均增大,但增大的量几乎可以忽略,这与螺栓预紧力对静子系统的影响规律完全不同。因此,当转子系统正常工作时,可以将转子系统中的螺栓连接结构等效为刚性连接。In order to study the influence of bolted joints on dynamic characteristics of aero-engine rotor system,the improved thin-layer element method was introduced to this system in normal condition,in which the characteristics of uneven stress distribution between joint surfaces was considered,and the material parameters of elements wasn’t updated by test data.Firstly,the basic principle of the improved thin-layer element method was briefly described.Secondly,this method was applied to the simplified rotor system,and the effect of bolt preload on the modal characteristics,critical speed and unbalance response was obtained.The results indicate that the rotor system is a periodic symmetric structure,and the critical speed of this system need to be solved in the rotating coordinate system when the improved thin-layer element method is applied to bolted joints of rotor system.The modal frequency,critical speed and unbalance response of rotor system increase with the increase of bolt preload,but the increase amount is almost negligible,which is completely different from the influence characteristics of bolt preload on stator system.Therefore,the bolted joints can be equivalent to a rigid connection when the rotor system is in normal.
