社区康复背景下残疾人社区日托中心空间组织模式优化策略

摘　　要：社区康复是残疾人回归社区、融入社会的主要方式,而残疾人社区日托中心则是社区康复机制的空间载体。该文以社区康复与残疾人行为特征为切入点,通过对上海、成都、佛山的5所残疾人社区日托中心进行调研,分析其空间使用中存在的问题,结合国外优秀案例,提出空间组织优化的易识别、空间共用与灵活划分、安全舒适性原则以及空间组织模式的3种优化策略,以期为我国残疾人社区日托中心的功能空间设计提供参考。Community rehabilitation is the main way for the disabled to return to the community and integrate into the society, and the community-based day care center for the disabled is its space carrier. Starting with community rehabilitation and the behavior features of the disabled, this paper conducted investigations on five such day care centers in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Foshan, and analyzed the problems in the use of the space. What’s more, by referring to excellent foreign cases, this paper proposed three optimization strategies: easy identification of space organization optimization, space sharing and flexible division, the safety and comfort principle, and the space organization modes. It hopes to provide reference for the functional space design of community-based day care centers for the disabled in China.
