摘 要:采用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)对氧化锆(ZrO_(2))纳米粒子进行表面处理,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对改性纳米氧化锆的结构进行了表征,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其形貌及分散性。利用改性后的氧化锆对环氧丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,分析了不同氧化锆添加量的乳液薄膜的热稳定性,并以改性环氧丙烯酸酯乳液为主要成膜物制备了水性防腐涂料,考察了所得涂层的物理机械性能和防腐性能。结果表明,KH-550成功接枝到纳米氧化锆表面,且当纳米氧化锆与KH-550的质量比为1∶0.8时,其分散性最好。以1%改性纳米氧化锆对环氧丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性时,所得乳液涂膜的热稳定性最好,且用该乳液制备的涂层具有最佳综合性能:附着力1级,耐冲击性(1 kg)50 cm,铅笔硬度3H;480 h盐雾测试后仅划线处有轻微锈蚀,无起泡现象。The surfaces of zirconia(ZrO_(2))nanoparticles were treated withγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550),and the structures of the modified ZrO_(2)nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and their morphologies and dispersity were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).An epoxy acrylate emulsion was modified by the modified ZrO_(2)nanoparticles The thermal stability of the epoxy acrylate emulsion films with different amounts of ZrO_(2)nanoparticles was analyzed.A waterborne anticorrosive paint was prepared by using the ZrO_(2)-modified epoxy acrylate emulsion as the binder,and the physicomechanical properties and anticorrosion performance of the coating were examined.The results showed that KH-550 was successfully grafted onto the surface of nano-ZrO_(2),and the one prepared at a mass ratio of nano-ZrO_(2)to KH-5501:0.8 had the best dispersity.The epoxy acrylate emulsion was modified with modified nano-zirconia.The epoxy acrylate emulsion film prepared with 1%of the modified nano-ZrO_(2)had the best thermal stability,and the coating prepared from the emulsion had the best comprehensive performance:1-grade adhesion,failure height 50 cm for a 1-kg impact,and pencil hardness 3H.There was a little rust along the scratches and no bubbles on the coating after a 480-hour salt spray test.
