摘  要:针对涂覆在碳纤维增强复合材料和碳纳米管增强复合材料基体上的压电涂层,考虑涂层和基体材料的各向异性特征,建立了压电涂层-复合材料叶片动力学模型,通过静力学分析得出叶片的振动应力分布,基于模态分析的方法得出压电涂层对复合材料叶片固有频率的影响,采用谐响应分析方法研究了叶片的振动响应特性。结果表明,压电材料涂层涂覆在碳纳米管增强复合材料叶片上振幅减小的效果要优于涂覆在碳纤维增强复合材料叶片上。Piezoelectric coatings were coated on carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)and carbon nanotube reinforced composite(CNTRC),respectively.were studied.A dynamic model of piezoelectric coating/composite blade was established,considering the anisotropic properties of the piezoelectric coatings and substrates.The vibration stress distribution of the blade was obtained through static mechanical analysis.The effect of piezoelectric coating on the natural frequency of composite blade was examined based on modal analysis,and the vibration response characteristics of blade were studied by harmonic response analysis.The results showed that the amplitude reduction effect of the piezoelectric coating on CNTRC blade was better than that on CFRP blade.
