南充市基层医院护士长风险管理能力的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查南充市基层医院护士长风险管理能力,并分析影响因素,为护士长风险管理能力培训提供科学依据。方法通过文献查阅、专题小组讨论和预咨询法编制护士长风险管理能力自评问卷,对南充市48所基层医院的127名护士长进行调查并对结果进行分析。结果基层医院护士长风险管理能力总得分为(171.61±21.29)分;护士长的年龄、学历、管理时间、职称、培训教育等对护士长的风险管理能力有影响(P<0.05),均呈正相关。结论基层护士长风险管理知识参差不齐,能力有待提高,基层医院应加强对护士长风险管理能力的培训,降低风险事件发生率。Objective To investigate the risk management ability of head nurses in primary hospitals of Nanchong City,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for the training of head nurses′risk management ability.Methods By means of literature review,special group discussion and pre consultation,127 head nurses from 48 primary hospitals in Nanchong were investigated and the results were analyzed.Results The score of risk management ability of head nurses in primary hospital was(171.61±29);The age,education background,management time,professional title and continuing education of head nurses had positive correlation with their risk management ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge of risk management of head nurses at the basic level is uneven,and their ability needs to be improved.The basic level hospitals should strengthen the training of head nurses′risk management ability to reduce the incidence of risk events.
